Pdf is extension of adobe acrobat reader file.

Every file name have two parts first is name and second is the extension.

Our today lecture is how to create adobe acrobat reader (PDF) file. The question is why we create pdf file? So the answer is because pdf file is not editable. Many software use for pdf file creation in coming lectures I will tell you more method.

Step 1: Open file in Microsoft word any version.  I am using 2013 version.

Step 2: Click on file menu and save as command short cut key for save as is (F12)

Step 3: Click on save and you will find pdf file.

In market we have number of conversion software. I use old version but you can download and use any other. I use (PDF converter, version 3.0).

Step 1: Start software PDF converter, version 3.0

Step 2: Open PDF file

Step 3:  Define pdf file path and doc destination path where you want to save the file.

Step 4:  Click on convert button

Step 5:  At the end of process file open in MS word automatically. 

Inpage Urdu Text to Corel Draw

How to Copy Inpage Urdu Text to Corel Draw

In this tutorial we learn how to copy  Inpage data text to Corel Draw.

Step 1: 

Always start Inpage first and then Corel draw. CorelDraw get all font of other softwares which open before CorelDraw. So start Inpage first and then CorelDraw.

Step 2: 

Start Inpage.

Step 3: 

Ctrl+n for new file.

Step 4: 

Keyboard setting for typing Urdu in Inpage.

Step 5: 

Set keyboard setting to phonetic.       Edit->preferences->keyboard preferences

Step 6:

 Type any Urdu text.

 Open CorelDraw short cut is (coreldrw) in run dialog box. Window+r is short cut key for run dialog box. I suggest you always try to open software with shortcut key.

 paste the text in Corel. Ctrl+v shortcut key for pasting the data. Select the data and change size of the text.

Step 1: Open frame in Photoshop. You can download any frame through google image search.

Step 2: For selection we use many methods in adobe Photoshop like pen tool, lasso too, marquee too, magic wand tool and many others.

We add two pictures in this frame and use two method for adding pictures.  I suggest you to use guide line for any selection. From ruler you can drag guide line to your frame.

For picture one I use pen tool (p) and select area.

Select pen tool and select area of frame one. Press shift key and then select area, with shift key we can select straight area.

Step 3: Open picture which you want to add in frame.

Press ctrl+a select picture and then paste it into the frame selection area. Now press paste into (ctrl+shift+alt+v) not paste (ctrl+v) because paste into use for paste in selection .Press (ctrl+shift+alt+v) short cut key for paste into.  

And you will see the picture like this…

Step 4: Press transform short cut key (ctrl+t) and change the size of the image and you will see the image like this…

Step 5: Select layer 0 as in below image and select magic wand tool and select other area.  And open second image and implement same steps as above.

Step 6: Your final frame look like this…

·         The quality of the image (vector) is better than rastor image. Rastor image use pixel but vector use mathematical formula.

·         When resolution increase rastor image quality decrease.

·         When size of resolution increases vector quality remain same.

Support many image function.

Animated GIF, support internet standard, lose color.

Tagged image file format use in printing industry.

Not supported by web browser.
